Current Schedule

The above is our current schedule, however, we are still in the expansion process and will be adding mid-day class, evening class, competition specific training, and a women’s team as well as starting a circuit training class as we progress. To help us along please express your desire for these or other classes when you’re in the gym. We’ll start them faster with your encouragement!
